Switch up your workout routine and add our brutal cardio classes in on the weekends. Or if you want to get in shape or even get more active whatever it is this class will make you cry the next day but have you coming in for more. This isn't a Boxing class so there is not going to be any technical instructions. Most of us don't have a lot of time to get solid workouts in or we go to the gym and we have no motivation or have a membership to a gym but never go. Trust me we have all done the same thing, it really helps to have someone there to push you to keep going. Plus, being around a group of like minded people really brings up the motivation to continue coming in and pushing yourself harder each time.
